The Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Could Include an AI Photo Editing Tool Like Google’s Pixel 8.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to be released on January 17.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to be released soon. Several leaks, renders, and other details about the phones have surfaced online in the last few weeks, leading up to the rumored launch. The Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are most likely in the lineup. According to several leaks, the upcoming Samsung lineup will include a slew of AI features, including the ability to remove objects from videos. Now, some marketing material for the Galaxy S24 series has been leaked, implying more AI photo editing features.

According to an image shared on X (formerly Twitter) by tipster Arsène Lupin (@MysteryLupin), the Galaxy S24 series could offer AI photo editing features similar to Google’s Pixel 8 series. According to the marketing image, the Galaxy S24 series will include a feature called Generative Edit. This feature is said to be capable of moving or removing objects as well as filling empty space with generative edits. However, the feature will reportedly require users to sign in to a Samsung account and be online. There’s no mention of the feature being limited to photos, implying that it may also be available for videos, as previously hinted.

Google’s Pixel 8 series has a feature called Magic Editor that allows you to move, remove, and add generative fill to images.

This feature, too, necessitates an internet connection. Google Pixel smartphones have had AI features for some time, and other brands are now catching up. The Galaxy S24 lineup will also include several other AI features, and the Generative Edit feature will be available across all Galaxy S24 models, according to leaked marketing material.

The leaked image also suggests that other features, such as Live Translate, will be added to the Galaxy S24 lineup. This feature can use AI to translate live phone calls. The upcoming phones may also include a Nightography Zoom feature, which is said to improve low-light photos taken with the phone’s telephoto camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to be released on January 17, but no official announcement has been made. Most regions are expected to get a custom variant of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, while others may get the Exynos 2400 chipset.
