Expected price and offers on Realme GT 6 in India
According to a recent report, the smartphone could have a price of Rs 39,999 for the 8GB+256GB model and Rs 42,999 for the 12GB+256GB model. We’ll know the official price at the launch event later today. Realme will offer the GT 6 in Green, Silver, and Purple color variants, and you can pre-order it through the company’s official website and Flipkart.
Realme has announced that users who purchase the smartphone 8GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB variants through Realme’s official site and Flipkart will be eligible for a bank discount of Rs 4,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 1,000. Meanwhile, users who purchase the 12GB+256GB model can avail of a bank discount of Rs 3,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 1,000. People who buy this phone from the mainline channel will get the Realme Buds Air 5 for free, along with six months of screen damage protection.
Specifications of Realme GT 6 (expected)
- Realme is expected to rebrand the smartphone as the Realme GT Neo 6. The design of the phone seems similar, going as far as the current render in the newspaper read by Chase Xu.
- The handset is expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which is paired with an Adreno GPU for graphics.
- For reference, the Realme GT 5 came with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This improvement is due to the addition of AI.
- The smartphone is expected to feature a 5,500mAh battery with 120W SuperVOOC fast charging.
- It is a bit of a downgrade as the Realme GT 5 came with 240W and 150W SuperVOOC fast charging support and up to a 5,240mAh battery.
- The GT 6 may come with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera.
- The rear camera setup is similar to that of the Realme GT 5 but with different sensors.
